Dr. Jacqueline Azelvandre Bio

Jacqueline Azelvandre was born and raised in North Miami, Florida in 1956.
She is the 3rd of 4 children. Her father was an Osteopathic General Practioner in Hialeah, Florida.

Jacqueline Azelvandre graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1974 and received an Associate of Science Degree from Miami-Dade Community College in 1975.
