Jacqueline Azelvandre D.O. Bio
Jacqueline Azelvandre was born and raised in North Miami, Florida in 1956. She is the 3rd of 4 children. Her father was an Osteopathic General Practioner in Hialeah, Florida. Jacqueline Azelvandre graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1974 and received an Associate of Science Degree from Miami-Dade Community College in 1975.
Education
Two years later, she graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology.
Graduated from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1981.
Completed her Post Doctoral education at Metropolitan Hospital Springfield Division in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
